Yes. If you cancel a monthly plan, you keep access until the end of the paid month. If you cancel an annual plan, you keep access until the end of the contracted year.
We do not refund consumed credits. If you cancel an annual plan mid-period, we don't refund the remaining amount because all credits for the year were granted upfront. Edge cases are reviewed individually — reach out if you have a special situation.
Annual billing grants you 12 months of credits upfront (Plus: 2,400 / Pro: 6,000), saves you the equivalent of 2 months versus monthly, and only requires one decision per year. Ideal for companies that already know they'll use Tiveko regularly.
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. When you switch, you receive the new plan's credit balance (it does not stack on top of your previous balance).
All credit and debit cards via Stripe. The Stripe Connect account you connect for your events is independent from your Tiveko plan billing.
