Frequently Asked Questions

How do credits work?

Each ticket sold uses 1 credit (covers confirmation email + reminders). If you enable WhatsApp for attendees, it's 2 credits per ticket. Credits do not roll over on renewal.

What if I run low or out of credits?

We notify you at 80% and 100%. Hobby has a 5-credit grace buffer before sales are blocked. Plus and Pro can buy additional 100-credit packs for $25 USD whenever needed, with no expiration.

Can I cancel my plan at any time?

Yes. If you cancel a monthly plan, you keep access until the end of the paid month. If you cancel an annual plan, you keep access until the end of the contracted year.

How do refunds work?

We do not refund consumed credits. If you cancel an annual plan mid-period, we don't refund the remaining amount because all credits for the year were granted upfront. Edge cases are reviewed individually — reach out if you have a special situation.

Why does annual billing give more value?

Annual billing grants you 12 months of credits upfront (Plus: 2,400 / Pro: 6,000), saves you the equivalent of 2 months versus monthly, and only requires one decision per year. Ideal for companies that already know they'll use Tiveko regularly.

Can I change plans later?

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. When you switch, you receive the new plan's credit balance (it does not stack on top of your previous balance).

What payment methods do you accept?

All credit and debit cards via Stripe. The Stripe Connect account you connect for your events is independent from your Tiveko plan billing.
